Ultrasound Modality Lead – Bairnsdale

Ultrasound Modality Lead role in Bairnsdale, Victoria — 2 hours from Mount Hotham where there are ski fields, beautiful lakes and outdoor activities (snow is around until early October normally).

The Client

• Two sites: an 80-bed hospital and a 'CBD' site
• Two ultrasound rooms at each site
• Equipment: Canon Aplio i700

The Role

• Staff leadership — managing the department and a small team of sonographers
• Caseload: General, Obs 2nd and 3rd trimester, and some basic vascular including DVT
• Monday to Friday — no weekend or on-call work (plenty of time for exploring)
• Shifts: 8:00am–4:30pm and 8:30am–5:00pm
