From 1 July 2019, podiatrists who wish to work in Australia will be required to apply for general registration to the Podiatry Board of Australia.  Qualifications will be assessed as part of an application for registration.

New Zealand

Podiatrists with qualifications from outside New Zealand

In order to gain registration in New Zealand, all overseas trained podiatrists, with the exception of those who hold Australian qualifications, must have graduated from a course approved by the Podiatry Board Of New Zealand and complete the board’s open book examination.  There is the potential to complete the exam outside New Zealand.
