Abbey's story

I had always wanted to live and work overseas, but it always felt daunting, and the application process overwhelming. When I was put into contact with Global Health Source to work in New Zealand, that all changed. Belinda, Tricia and Lesley have been so supportive through everything. They helped me obtain the proper paperwork, applied for my visa, and set up my job interview for me. The level of expertise and guidance they gave me throughout the whole process really can't be described. I have now been working with Waitematā DHB in Auckland for over a year, and I am still loving it. Working with such a lovely team while being able to travel and explore such a beautiful country is a dream come true. Any time friends or coworkers from back home contact me about New Zealand, I always recommend GHS. I have met many sonographers here who moved from overseas, and practically everyone has gone through GHS. We all agree they are simply the best. In July 2023 I became a New Zealand resident with the assistance of GHS, and now I have the freedom to work and live in both New Zealand and Canada. If moving or working in New Zealand or Australia is something you want to do, I would absolutely recommend doing it with the help of GHS.
